Exchange and return policy
According to Art. 18 of the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", the requirements of buyers are considered upon presentation of the commodity and cashier's receipt.
The buyer is given the right within 14 days (not counting the day of purchase) to exchange the purchased, good-quality t-shirt/bag that did not suit him in terms of size, model, fullness or color for a similar or different one, provided that the t-shirt/bag was unused and returned in an undamaged and uncontaminated form.
If one or more manufacturing defects are detected in the purchased t-shirt/bag, the buyer has the right to exchange it for a t-shirt/bag of any model within the established warranty period or to receive the amount paid for it, if the t-shirt/bag is not subject to warranty repair.
The warranty period for the bag/T-shirt is calculated from the day of purchase of the T-shirt/bag, and for the exchange - from the day of its exchange.
The exchange of a poor-quality t-shirt/bag is carried out upon the written request of the buyer.
In case of exchanging a low-quality t-shirt/bag for a t-shirt/bag of a different model, a recalculation is carried out with the buyer, based on the amount of money specified at the time of purchase.
T-shirt/bag not subject to exchange or free repair:
- worn out; with defects formed as a result of operation under conditions that do not correspond to its purpose;
- with mechanical damage (scratches, cuts, "scratches", etc.); - deformed as a result of improper wearing, drying, which has lost quality as a result of chemical exposure, and with other defects caused by the fault of the buyer;
- repaired by the buyer before presentation to the store.
Returning a low-quality t-shirt/bag
- the t-shirt/bag must be clean, unworn, without traces of fitting;
- the t-shirt/bag must be packed in branded individual boxes;
- it is not allowed to apply your marking on t-shirts/bags or boxes (price tags and other details).
Return of a t-shirt/bag that has been in use during the warranty period
The reason for returning a t-shirt/bag that was in use can only be a marriage due to the fault of the manufacturer (the print has come off, the seams have come apart, etc.).
Only an examination can determine whether the wear and tear of the T-shirt/bag was due to the fault of the buyer or the manufacturer (the examination is carried out within 20 days by both the buyer and the store).
Replaceable parts (fittings, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
T-shirts/bags with minor defects removed after production (label peeling, thread break on the sewn bag, etc.) are not grounds for return or exchange.
Returns are made within 20 days of receiving the order.
The exchange is sent within 3-5 days from the moment we receive the return. Exchanges and returns are made only if the original packaging is available.
My payment does not go through, what should I do?
Sometimes this happens. Please contact the support service of your bank, perhaps you have a limit on payments on the Internet, or a limit on payments to foreign banks.
I am placing an order for the first time, how will I receive my package?
When we send your order, you will receive an express waybill number, by which you can track the location of your parcel. When the parcel arrives, you can safely go with your passport and express waybill number to your branch to pick up the parcel.
I am not 18 years old, can I place an order?
